"Kendra is an outstanding writer and editor with extensive knowledge of the history of design, antiques and the current design community. With her excellent eye for design and long standing relationships in the design community Kendra has been an extraordinary asset to California Homes Magazine. In addition to scouting, writing and producing she has proven to be an excellent manager and mentor to the CH staff. "
Heidi Gerpheide, Publisher California Homes Magazine
"Working with Kendra afforded me the opportunity to learn the importance of extensive product knowledge, coupled with impressive attention to detail. One could suspect that such a detail oriented person might lack social grace. Just the opposite, as Kendra is both charming at work and exhibits a very lively and welcoming sense of humor. I would recommend Kendra, without reservation."
Mimi Brasch, Independent sales consultant, Shears&Window/ Sander International
"Your blog Porcelains and Peacocks is perfect and wonderful. Sophisticated, informative, insightful, classy, excellent illustrations, knowledgeable, intelligent, first quality and finally, not egocentric."
Kelly Hartgraves, Gallery Director, Epoca San Francisco
"Holy, Holy, Wholly fulfilling. I'll never leave you unopened, I'll never delete you, no matter what you find, say or show. I'm above board--and never down a hole."
Craig Leavitt, LeavittWeaver
"Dear Kendra, brilliant is all I can say. I did look at the writer website a few days ago and have been trying to find the words and the time to tell you how Impressed I am at your abilities and your insights. These words "cartoonish mediocrity" say it perfectly, where we have landed. I look forward to all you have to say to remind us of this gigantic misstep in attitude to all that is precious in the craft and art of interior design. Brava!"
